Number not ported after 2 days

HI,

 

My old phone has no service, but the new phone does not appear to have ported the old number.

I've rebooted three times.

I have exactly the same problem. Each day they tell me the number will port today by 6pm and by 6pm nothing has happened. My old number with Tesco Mobile is cut off. Meanwhile I can't access my bank payments or HMRC to complete my tax return as it requires an authentication MMS to my old number.
