RARELY ANY DATA CONNECTION

For over a year now (since the new boxes were put into our streets) it is rare to use any data as there are still problems with the masts (wording from the network/data site)

Many of us have had to have wifi added to our homes (yet another expense) whereas I trusted that the problem would be fixed originally about 15months ago  then the next I waited not realising until recently pointed out to me how long it has been others changed their network provider months ago. 

I was told that if I took my refund I could not have any more once the problem was finally solved. I am so glad that I didn't as that was over 7 or so months ago. 

Why would she say that as I have now been informed by the regulator that it is not so as it stands my contract has been broken on several details. If it had been myself by now I would have been given a massive bill to pay possibly lost my contract etc.  Can someone please help me with issues as for months I am constantly being told its being looked into or someone will contact you soon

No network will guarantee full coverage everywhere and it is covered in the T&C's https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions 

The fact that you have a mobile means that it can be used in other areas where there is coverage.

You should look at other networks and try PAYG sim cards from them to see which gives you best coverage at home and the areas you travel to.

O2 may let you out of your contract to do so but you must go through the complaints process first.
