Hi. I hope someone here can help me. On or about April 15th my number was fraudulently ported out. After a load of hassle it was finally ported back to me. Unfortunately ever since all my incoming calls go straight to EE voicemail. I have been in touch with o2  too many times to recall, all to no avail.

Has anyone suffered the same problem and did you get a solution.

I'm 79 years of age and all my medical etc. contacts have this number so do not want to change it.

Thanks in anticipation,

 Derick

Have you set your divert to go to O2 voicemail, @Decker?

Web version of MyO2 will show you, under "Barring and Diverts", and your phone needs to have its voicemail shortcut pointed back to O2 in the phone settings:

Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901 should help.

Good luck!

@Decker

This post has the link for your MyO2 via Web, and a screenshot that guides you to the area to check where O2 is diverting your incoming calls to:

For the iPhone settings for voicemail, someone else on the forum may pick up on that, as I'm an Android handset user. Good luck!
