Not receveing text message since 29/02 1pm

Not sure what's going on, i'm not receiving messages since lunch time today, I figure out as I can't receive MFA codes for several websites, asked to some colleagues to text me and they get error not delivered or worst, marked as sent but no message on my phone, what should I do ?

I'm having the same issue. Last text was at 11.09am
Have rung 202, been to the shop to get a new SIM. This hasn't worked.
I'm now trying to get a PAC code but this seems impossible when I can't recieve texts!

I've just had about 40 texts come through (18:45) at once. So somethings just been fixed somewhere...
