I cannot log onto My O2 app. It is saying it is unavailable for myself.
I have tried resetting my email.
I also get sent a QR code to discuss the problem on whatsapp which I cannot use as I cannot access the app.

Instead try the web version

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
