Hi,
I need help urgently as I'm so frustrated now 😫
I switched to o2 network yesterday and successfully got my number ported. I switched because I was not receiving OTP from my bank on the Lebara network. Unfortunately, in facing the same issues even with the o2 network.
I desperately need solution as I can't make any transactions now 😫

This means Lebara have completed the port process, on their end.
You need to contact o2 and ask them to pass it to the porting team, who will then speak to Lebara, note it can take upto 5 days to resolve the issue.
You can contact o2 on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 8090202 from any other phone

OTP codes are a separate porting file which seems to get overlooked often.
As they didn't work on Lebara, I guess they didn't have the full pack from whichever network came before them.
Might be a more difficult job now as you may have to go back further to obtain the files.

This has also happened to me i am unable to get visa secure code 02 are not bothered i am leaving going to cancel my DD and F them off
