Not receiving OTP codes

Hi,

Over the last week, I have not been receiving OTP codes from either Santander or O2 (for the My O2 app). All other SMS messages have been received ok. Any help gratefully appreciated. Thank you.

@pgn quick update to say that my issue has been resolved by customer services sending a replacement SIM card - now incoming sms & calls are working again!
