Hi just swopped from ee to o2 today either one bar show or no signal at all. Turned phone off a few times no improvement. Coverage in the area is supposed to be good any ideas thanks andy

The coverage checker is a computer guess.

Did you check the signal first before changing networks?

Signal was ok on ee old number is being transferred dont know if thats the problem

O2 and EE use different masts and infrastructure.

The problem is O2 is poor in your area.
