No signal on all mobile devices

Since Saturday all of our 4x mobile signals have been very very poor, in our house at work. Getting text messages 3-4hrs later with missed calls, reset and updated mobiles we give up. Checked signal tracker with our postcode apparently there are no issues should have 4g. Any suggestions

Most likely unreported or unknown issues.
