I added a third handset to my account for my daughter to use. She wanted to keep her previous number so that was all arranged. Was due to change today but it hasn't. The old number has moved to the handset as when I call it goes straight to o2 voicemail but she can't use it, it's saying no service and trying to actually speak with someone at o2 is virtually impossible. Is there something she maybe needs to do that hasn't? Thanks

@Alisonpk

Try rebooting her phone, if not, you'll need to keep trying O2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
