So I have no mobile data - calls keep failing, can't send or receive texts and can either get 3g or E but nothing else.  Dropped out about 9pm last night but my daughter is on the same contract and hers works fine (she was in the same car as me so don't think it's signal related).  What do I do? Not even able to speak to anyone at O2 to help..

@KC1999

There is currently a known issue with some accounts which O2 are investigating.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@KC1999

Just had a message to say this should be fix

It may require switching off your phone then turning on again

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@brandscill

Got this from O2

Just following up any network issues members were facing should now be fixed. Please ask them to reboot their phone SIM off/on.

Any members still unable to use their service, please continue general fault diagnosis.

Thanks.

Sounds as if they are not too sure

Yep, still not working. I've rebooted again just now.

General fault diagnosis is very difficult when you can't get through to O2 support and their live chat team are clueless and insist on logging a mast fault.

Follow guidance in here to see if it is just you or is affecting others in your vicinity identically @Roy4 - Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone?

If the fault follows the SIM, refer to either of the links below to seek assistance from the O2 Social Media Team. Good luck.
