No data connection France

I have no connection despite having used data for 5 days in France after travelling into Paris.

4g available and data left to use but ‘no internet’

Perhaps you have roamed onto a different carrier, @Esther2 - try manually selecting a different network, or restarting the phone.

Data speeds when roaming in various countries here, if you need them.

Sometimes selecting 3G in place of 4G can help, if you are in a busy area.
