Hi all,
Switched onto a new o2 contract from EE on 21/08, the porting was supposed to be completed by 24/08 however my number hasnt ported properly as I cannot make or receive calls. Texts/data are fine. I’ve tried rebooting it, airplane mode constantly since then and nothing works at all. I called o2 and they tried to fob me off with network coverage issues however my wife and neighbour are both with o2 and theirs is fine.
Any ideas? Thank you!

@Jw123 There was a problem with the network yesterday which affected a lot of porting.
You need to contact O2
Borrow a phone or use a landline to
Call 202 from any O2 mobile or 0344 809 0202
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
All other numbers and methods of contact are in this guide

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

Already called. They tried to put it down to network issues but could offer no solutions for today. They said they’d look it and raised a case to get back to me within 48 hours…. Not much use to me now though.
