Hi there,

Recently I switched tariff meaning I took out a new, SIM only contract. I'm still using my old handset with my old SIM, no changes to the settings whatsoever.

However, after the switch, my phone stopped displaying the incoming calls' numbers (i.e. the numbers of ppl are calling me).

I did some research online and found that many other customers experienced the same problem, after switching tariffs, and the general solution seemed to be adding the so called "CLI Presentation Facility" bolt on, which I did.

Still no avail, my phone shows Unknown Number for every incoming call.

Does anybody can help me, please?

You need to ask customer service to reprovision your account by  disconnecting it from the network and reconnecting

You may need to insist
