No caller ID on incoming call

When I changed plastic sim to eSIM having problem that no called id on incoming call. All incoming call are showing no called id. 02 technical department fail to sort out problem. Asking 3 to 5days more to solve the problem. Very disappoint about 02 service.

Hi, 02 is saying this option are automatically active on customer account. Manually they can’t add or remove this bolt .😞😞😞

They certainly can add it. We've had this issue for months now and it's resolved once O2 staff add it to your account.

Thanks for your replay but the person mohmamdsahil is saying by the old system they can mange this bolt but now they can’t Bcs new system not able to do any add or remove. Thinking cancel my contract.
