No Signal

Hi,

I have been struggling with signal for a while now, signal is so poor in the area that I am unable to send texts or call people easily. At best I get 1 bar but often none. This is happening in my village, the next one and even in the local town. Other people have experienced this as well. Contemplating another provider as it has been months that I've paid for a service I'm not receiving.

If at home use WiFi Calling (O2 may need to turn it on)

If lot's of people are having problem with O2 then do try PAYG SIM cards on other networks to see if they are any better

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
