Hi guys!
I know there have been a few posts regarding this on the forum that have been sorted by O2 account reset, I have been contacting customer services now for over 10 days and they have not helped at all.
I have factory reset phone, had new sim card from o2, tried another sim in my phone and my sim in another phone. It’s absolutely chaos.
i have disabilities and my daughter is disabled and I require the ability to know who’s calling me, and especially have the ability to leave voicemails. This isn’t available either.
please can someone at o2 help?

Hi @Kelsey2712 Can you tell me how this issue was sorted please? I have the same Issue since coming back of Holiday, was fine before hand and no everything has no caller ID.

@Debs68, I'll ask @O2Lisa to help with your problem. It can't be done by us or yourself. It's a reset of account and can only be done by O2 staff. She should message you when she's free. Very busy this morning. @O2Lisa can you help please?
