I bought a sim for £15 dose this not come with it topped up?

Yes it should do, follow the instructions in the PAYG pack that came with the sim, but it does depend if you bought from o2 direct or another retail outlet such as Ebay or B&M etc... 

Where did you buy it from?

I bought from o2 i I created an o2 acorns and it’s saying I need to top it up still..

Try making a call, and also it can take 24 - 48hrs for the o2 account to be fully setup

If it still says zero then call customer services on 4445 or 0344 809 0222
