Roaming didnt work abroad for me so they sent new sim to my UK address, I inserted sim 2 days ago and can't use my phone since! Tried to contact virtual agent telling me to call them, but I can't. Also I destroyed my old sim already.
I logged a complaint. What else to do, I need my phone today.

If you can't borrow a phoone to call then contact O2 via social media.

Managed to call them on my internet based app, MobileVoip so trying to sort it now, thanks
