I was a Virgin customer but moved before my new sim card arrived and now no longer live in the country. I can't contact anyone at O2 because in order to use MyO2 I need access to my phone number for 2FV. Where can I find contact details? I have looked all over the website!

Hi, my phone was stolen a few days ago in the US and I was struggling to get in contact as well. The number I ended up calling was +44 7860 980 202 and they did end up helping me. I'm not sure if you've used that number yet or not but thought it was worth giving to you anyways. Hope that helps.. :slight_smile:

You can contact O2 via Social Media, 3 ways in the link just below, @Charlottehd4 - as well as via the number given above, which is a free call from another O2 mobile, if you have access to one.

Social Media route relies on you nudging every so often, the phone route used to be quickest at around 8am UK time. Good luck!
