Hi, I have just changed from a contract to a 12 month sim only as had finished contract. I changed to esim. When I try to log in to my o2 to activate esim it wants to send me a code to ensure who I am. As my sim is deactivated the code is not coming through to my phone. Virtual chat is not helping and any other help is sending me through my O2 which I can't log in to. Anyone got any advice?

Best advice now is to call into an O2 store with photo ID and get them to do it.
The other advice is move back to a plastic SIM at the same time. O2 and eSIMs are a bad partnership as posts on here will testify and your experience highlights
