Hi,
I recently purchased a new 02 sim only plan.
It's very important I keep my existing number, I shared this during the checkout process including my PAC code.
My new sim arrived today, I've activated it by texting the number on the package.
Currently it's a completely new number, when will it be ported to the number I requested?

You'll need to contact O2 to start the process.
They will give you a date for the port.
Guide: Migration & porting into O2
Looks like you should contact customer service as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) or 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG).

Thanks, what is the best number to reach them on? I thought this process was automatic.
