Hi - I am transferring my old phone to my new phone and it has been stuck on 95.1% for over 30minutes is this normal?

Without knowing the make and what program used to transfer, its hard to say

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Reboot everything and try again.
