Solved: Current device broken / can't verify number to upg...

My current Samsung S21 has completely shutdown (black screen of death) and I am trying to upgrade to get a new one, but I can't verify my ID via text and this seems to be the only option. Please help

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255 or pop into your local O2 store with photo ID.
