Network coverage problems

So I've been having issues with making calls and texts, I finally was able to get in contact with o2 yesterday and man said he would send me a new sim out, even tho I no it's not my sim, anyway after all that I now can't even use my phone as its now on emergency calls only and saying when I try to make a call or text that I'm not connected to a network, I can't get on live chat as can't seem to find it and can't contact o2 as can't even make a call now and it's the only phone I have and I have two disabled children who can even attend school as nobody can even contact me now 🤬😡😡😡

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
