Hello, for the past couple of years the o2 calls and data for my area are awful, to start with people were told their were faults, and now for the past few months it is saying the area is congested and to use Wi-Fi instead. Having visited Bournemouth this week and experienced 5g for the first time it made me realise how bad my area is. How do we get the problem looked at which is impacting me and so many people in the area, o2 is getting a lot of bad press on this which is a shame as great network just over subscribed in the area?

If they don't help, consider using WiFi calling if your phone is capable or get Pay & Go sims from the other networks and see if your coverage is any better with a different provider.
