Cannot log into my02 app with correct login details and my phone is in no service?

Reboot your phone and put the phone into Wifi Mode if you havent already done so. 


Otherwise you need to contact o2 from anyother phone on 0344 809 0202 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Your phone should allow you in to the MyO2 app when on mobile data without logging in.
