My texts and calls are not going through

Lately my phone calls and texts are refusing to go through and are all going through about 2 hours later - by which time I have normally seen whoever I am sending them to!

If your phone shows "message sent", that is self-explanatory and delays on receipt are likely to be on the recipient's end. Delays with your phone sending texts in good coverage would be different.

I'm unsure how calls you make can not connect until later in the day - can you explain your symptoms in more detail?
