I got this samsung s24 ultra few weeks ago and it keeps on buffering when I go to downloads or YouTube.  I never have this problem with my old phone.  I have complained about this 3 times in shop where I bought it.  They tried to sort it but was unsuccessful .  The last time was they changed my sim.  Please help

Also check the YouTube app is not set to some stupidly high bit rate such as 1440p or 2160p and let it autodetect your connection..
