My phone I’ve been told has a international block on it . I spent 4 hours trying to get answers why I can’t use my phone from Australia where I am visiting .
72 hours ago O2 informed me they had removed the block but they have not . I’m disabled and need help to get my phone in use again . I can use WI FI but no phone calls or receive calls .

@diamond4owl If your phone is still capable of using WiFi you can download WhatsApp to make calls to others who also have the app.
You can also reach O2 via social media to hopefully resolve your international block issue:
