When I ordered my new phone I put in my PAC code but it hadntbtransferred

Transfers do not happen across the weekend, so if your PAC went in on Friday, it will likely be Tuesday before your service switches. Keep rebooting the phone with the new SIM in it every so often once your old SIM has dropped out of service, @Fiona13. Good luck!

When you submitted your PAC O2 should text a reply to the number you are keeping with a transfer date.

If you did not receive that text you need to chase O2 for confirmation.
