Hi everyone has there o2 app gone down even website is not showing my mins text or data  it says there something gone wrong any one else had this problem only today this has happened a bit strange yesterday been working ok

Still not working!

Except...attempting to log into My O2,  logs me out of the forum! 🙄

Ah, easy fix - don't log in to MyO2 (if you do not need to) 🤣

It does the same for me normally unless I use a Private Browsing tab (or Incognito tab depending on your browser), @Cleoriff 

The app is equally temperamental, but with the advantage it does not interfere with your Community session(s).

Both App and Web working

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
