Trying to access my account on the web and constantly getting
O2 Error 500 – "It looks like something's gone wrong"
Also it dropped me in to reset my password even though I hadn't asked to.
Arrrgh ? Suggestions?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Got exactly the same problem, cannot access my account on App or via Chrome browser.

@The_Hock @jim2222 There are problems today with My O2. You'll have to wait it out a while. Hopefully will be better tomorrow. No guarantees. We are all customers like you. I'm having same problem and hoping same that it will be back soon.
