Hi everyone has there o2 app gone down even website is not showing my mins text or data it says there something gone wrong any one else had this problem only today this has happened a bit strange yesterday been working ok

I suspect you may be being moved to O2's spanking new 360 platform at the back-end, give it 24hrs 👍

Doubt it is to do with 360. Been on that 15 months and it's down for me.
I've come to suspect 360 is the number of months required to implement it across the board

Yes, you are right - several areas are not working:
Interestingly, earlier, some of the broken links were coming back with "virgin-mobile" in the URL - the Add other products, for example. That is now opening as one would expect, oddly 🤣

No I am all ready on the 360 account it come back for a few mins and then went again so thay must be doing up date the software
