Hi everyone I was just wondering if any one could help my 02 app was reading my data mins and text and all of a sudden it has all gone back to 0 witch is strange also I didn’t now if any one else had this problem

Yes it happens often from time to time.
Usually just try again later or the next day and it is OK.
If the problem persists, contact O2 to reset your account.

No still no joy with the app so I just didn’t bother in the end I mite ring customer service at some point don’t now what department to go to
