Hi for the last few weeks I am either not recieving texts or getting multiples of the same ones, I have already had a new simm but still have the same problem .

Have you ported your number in by any chance, as this is a known issue with ports and where the donor network forwards on multiple messages
You will need to contact o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and ask them to raise it to the porting team
