need to use blackerry for movius on my phone.However when movius sends ativatin pin via sms,my phone does not receive the pin via sms.I have no issues receiving sms messages from other organisations ,ie my bank,02,my pension provider.Any work arounds,many thanks
You need to speak directly to Movius, as they are the ones sending the PIN number via SMS. As it sounds like they are not sending the PIN number across.
