I cant enable my e sim on my new device, I've tried to do it via mobile services but this wont work and when I have followed the other options via my O2 the option suggested 'Replace your Sim doesn't exist'
Any suggestions

If you are having issues with your esim, then replace it instore with a plastic sim. Esims are causing many problems on all networks. If you do go instore you will need photo ID with you.
