Mobile connection issues at home

My mobile connection at home has degraded over the last three weeks.  I have checked the coverage app and there appears to be an issue with my local data mast? When is this likely to be fixed, I really don’t expect such poor service from a large outfit such as this. We do not have a landline so this is our only method of telephone comms.

Faults happen across all networks and the infrastructure, and no one will be able to tell you how long it will take to restore service in any location as there are way too many variables at play including access to the mast, parts, what the fault is etc etc.

Best thing to do is log it via the myo2 app and also check this guide Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

Also be aware that o2 and other networks don’t guarantee a fault free service or uptime as well as coverage..  (as per the T&C’s)

Voice calls & mobile data use the same network signal.
