Hi All,

I've read through load of threads about issues connecting apple watch to data plan.

I've been around in circles with support trying various fixed but i'm still ending up with the 'oops something went wrong' (ref code 14) message when i try to set up my plan. Seems crazy this is such a prevalent issue, but no quick/straight forward fix

Does anyone know if there's been any updates/fixes on this issue lately?

Cheers

@Lamp

Various people have found a fix but they are all different, so nothing we could offer to any individual unfortunately. I can call in one of our account advisors @O2MichaelE to see if he can help you.

Best of luck @Lamp

Thanks for the tag @Cleoriff :slight_smile:

I'll drop you a DM, @Lamp, so I can look into this for you. Code 14 often just needs an eSIM reset.

My working hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 - 17:00
If you message me outside of these times I will respond once I am available
