Hi there,
I'm not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.
I've got a new phone and I'm keeping my old number - both phones are o2.
I'm waiting for my number to transfer over but my new phone doesn't seem to have data despite being on an unlimited contract.
Please can someone help

Erm I think I've done a sim swap - the new phone is also a new contract so I put the new sim in, then got out of my old contract and switched the numbers over (which should be completed on monday)
