New phone data issue

Hi there,

 

I'm not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.

 

I've got a new phone and I'm keeping my old number - both phones are o2.

I'm waiting for my number to transfer over but my new phone doesn't seem to have data despite being on an unlimited contract.

 

Please can someone help

Erm I think I've done a sim swap - the new phone is also a new contract so I put the new sim in, then got out of my old contract and switched the numbers over (which should be completed on monday)

@iFairyx Did you follow the instructions in the sim swap guide posted above? If you're still having difficulty and your sim hasn't swapped by Monday, call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they will do the swap for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.
