I have been migrated from virgin to O2 and since then I have had no 4g and I keep missing calls as my phone does not ring - just sends me a text saying I have had a missed call??? The people calling me are in my contacts but get a voice message asking them to try later. It seems random. This is very frustrating. I have not had a new phone or sim and never had a problem when I was with virgin. I just used my phone without having to fiddle with it. Any advice!
