I was with Virgin mobile and was switched over to O2 and since then I have lost wifi and 4g calling. I have checked the CSC code which does contain the info you suggest. Looks like I need a O2 firmware update.

Can this be sent to my phone, my phone is a Samsung galaxy A71 thank you.

Ann

No firmware update required.

Just contact O2 to activate wifi calling on your account.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

This is not O2, but a customer forum, @Ann1702 - you need to call 202 at about 08:10 in the morning, as nobody here can access your account.

You could also try the O2 Social Media Team - link just below contains the ways to access. Good luck!

Thanks for your reply but wifi calling has already been activated on my account and switched on in my phone.

If you have the settings in your phone menus then it's working.

Make sure you select wifi preferred in the settings.
