Just bought a new phone with 02 contract and been told it is IMPOSSIBLE to move and settle my existing 02 sim only contract. Spent hours trying to sort this with no result. Seems I could get a PAC number and move to a new supplier but not stay with O2 ??? Can anyone advise ? Thanks
