Migrating from Monthly payment to Pay as you go

Very frustrated. People working in Customer service are helpless. I have spend few hours on the phone, trying to terminate my contract and move to pay as you go and still not happening. Yesterday morning was for an hour and the guy confirmed that in few hours my number will move to the Pay as you go sim, but still not done yet. Really don't know how and when  this will be fixed.

You will need to persevere with o2 I am afraid  as We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here.
