Hello, I'm informed that the nearest mast to postcode BA22 my home, is not working as it should. This has been like this for sometime, resulting in hardly any phone or data connections.
When will it be fixed.

We are all customers here as this is a customer lead forum so we can't say
O2 never issue such information as repairs of masts can be held up for many reasons.
With regards to phone reception at home you should be able to use WiFi Calling
