Logged in but when I try click my o2 to see the bills it kicks me out

I'm logged in after changing my password (seems I have to do this everytimei want access to o2) but when I'm eventually in and want to view my bill it kicks me out and wants my username and password again and when entered doesn't accept it

Log out of Forum and log into MyO2 first. Or use an incognito or private-browsing tab, @Paul551 - Forum and MyO2 use the same password database.

If you are trying unsuccessfully to log into MyO2 online, you could download the app onto your smartphone or tablet and see if that behaves better.
