I cannot get logged into the app to see my bills you are taking all this money out and I’m not sure why because I carnt log in

Are you able to log in to your O2 account via a browser on O2.co.uk?

The app can sometimes get itself tied in a knot, requiring a force-stop and possibly even an uninstall and reinstall from your phone's App Store.
