Dear Sir,
I have recently ordered and received Lightning to usb-c cable. It appears incapable of carrying a digital audio signal from my iPhone to myChord Mojo. For this reason I would like to return it. The problem I have is that there seems to be no record of the purchase on my account and no facility for returning the item. This is not satisfactory and I should not be having to write to you. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Those cables are for charging and data only.
Audio is not supported as with many non Apple certified cables.
