Leaving o2

Trying to leave o2 but use same mobile number. Sim still not been cancelled

How did you try to leave? Did you get a PAC and give it to your new network?

Yes I gave them pac code and it didn’t work and they say o2 haven’t deactivated my sim

If the PAC code given by O2 does not work, I'm afraid you will need to contact O2 again
